Cancellation Policy

ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC understands that schedules change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling or rescheduling services, workshops, training sessions, and consulting engagements. Please review this policy before booking any service or session.

By scheduling any service or session with ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Cancellations of consulting engagements are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement or statement of work. If no specific cancellation terms are outlined in a service agreement, the following general terms apply.

Scheduled consulting sessions cancelled at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a requirement for advance payment before future sessions are scheduled.

Cancellations made at least 7 business days before a scheduled workshop or training session will receive a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future session.

Cancellations made fewer than 7 business days before a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. A credit toward a future session may be offered at our discretion.

To cancel a workshop or training registration, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations are not considered confirmed until you receive written acknowledgment from ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC.

ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop, training session, or consulting engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or other factors outside our control.

In the event of a cancellation by ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC, registered participants or clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

Self-paced online courses through the Ministry Systems Academy do not have scheduled sessions and therefore are not subject to this cancellation policy. Refund terms for course purchases are governed by the Refund & Dispute Policy.

Organizational training packages that include scheduled live or virtual sessions are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.

To cancel or reschedule a service or session, please contact ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC in writing through our contact page or by email. Include your name, organization, the service or session you are cancelling, and the scheduled date.

Cancellations are not considered confirmed until you receive written acknowledgment from ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC. We will acknowledge all cancellation requests within 1 business day.
