ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC was founded on a simple observation: ministry organizations are doing important work, but too many of them are held back by technology that does not work for them — or no technology at all.

Founder & Principal Consultant

ChurchShout Solutions Group LLC is led by Rev. Dr. Bridgette Gloster, a pastor and technology consultant with over 20 years of combined ministry and IT experience. Before founding ChurchShout Solutions in 2019, Bridgette built her technology background in enterprise environments — as a Business Systems Analyst and Technical Trainer supporting large-scale financial systems implementations, and as an Assistant IS Director managing network infrastructure and technical support for a multi-site medical practice. She later served as a Program and Distance Learning Director overseeing a $3M grant-funded initiative to expand online learning capacity at the collegiate level. Since 2017, Bridgette has served as Technical Lead for the AME Church's Second Episcopal District, where she envisioned and built the District's E-Learning Portal — a training platform now serving more than 2,500 clergy and lay leaders across five Annual Conferences — and led the District's transition to its first Virtual Annual Conference. That same technical and pastoral skill set carries into her ongoing role as Senior Pastor of a leading congregation in the Western North Carolina Conference, where she oversees ministry operations, staff supervision, and organizational systems day to day. Our work is grounded in that dual experience — not just technical expertise, but a firsthand understanding of how churches actually operate, staff, and make decisions. We have worked with churches, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations of varying sizes and contexts, and that experience informs every engagement we take on.
